He was predeceased by: his parents, F. Ray Baylis and Jessie June Baylis (Kenny). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Baylis (Strait); his daughter Kathryn Baylis Monteith (Kathy); his son-in-law Scott Monteith; his son Jeffrey S. Baylis; his daughter-in-law Joanne Baylis; his grandchildren, Justin Baylis Baker, Andrew J. Baker, Christopher Hertel (Melissa Hertel), Jessica Hertel (Gavin Massa) and Jennifer Madigan (Andrew Madigan); his brother Joseph S. Baylis; and his sister-in-law Shirley M. Baylis. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
