He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Bowen and Vivian Bowen (Hollister); and his sibling Guelda Jones. He is survived by: his children, Joel Bowen, Sonjia Chouinard (Kevin) and Kevin Bowen (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Brian Bowen (Ashley), Adrian Neal (Tommy), Nathan Chouinard (Annah), Amy Chouinard (Danny Sexton), Renee Chouinard (Marc Hurst) and Heather Nice.
