We bid farewell to Robert Sommerville of Traverse City, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 22, 2024 at the age of 85. Robert touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Robert may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Sommerville and Gyneth Sommerville (Morey); his son Matthew; and his brothers, John and Tom Sommerville.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cymbre Foster (Sam), Cymantha Kostecki (John) and Heather Rollo (Jesse); and his wife Susan Holcomb. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
