He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Nyman Samuelson and Alice May Samuelson; and his sister Dorothy Overholt. He is survived by: his brother Don Samuelson (Jill); his brother-in-law Bob Overholt; his nieces, Andrea Critchfield (Ryan) and Leigh Fredline (Jeff); his nephew Brad Overholt; and his caregivers, Jenny Stevenson and Kerri Reed.
