He was predeceased by: his father Robert A. Dean; his great grandchildren, Faith and Hope Vanderford; and his brother-in-law William Cook. He is survived by: his wife Arlene V. Kropp; his children, Linda Stallman (Leo), Barb Smith (Ed), Mary Kay Archer (Bill) and David Dean; and his sister Nancy Cook. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
