It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard G. Merrick (Traverse City, Michigan), who passed away on April 15, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Merrick and Margaret Merrick; and his siblings-in-law, Arnold Broos and Pat Merrick. He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Kay Olson (Ron) of Phoenix, James William Merrick of Eustis, Betty Jean Broos of Phoenix and Jo Ann Merrick (Mike Koryto) of Bellaire; his stepmother Sally Merrick of Kingsley, Michigan.; his close friends, Rick Conley and Walt Kroupa; and his pet Chester. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
