He is survived by: his spouse Galen Krupka (Brown) of Paul's Episcopal Church; his children, Charles Krupka (Christina) and Patricia Curry (Robert); and his grandchildren, Andrew Krupka, Anna Holt (Nathan), Laura Curry and Robert Curry.
