It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Raymond Augenstein of Traverse City, Michigan, who passed away on August 24, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Eyestone and Grace Eyestone (English); his former wife Janice Ruth Augenstein; and his brothers, William Eyestone and Patrick Eyestone.
He is survived by: his wife Vera Pike; his children, Daniel Schneider (Mary), David Schneider (Lynette), Stephen Augenstein (Gloria), Debra Shiffer (David), Dawn Nicewander, Dana Shepherd (Randy) and Darcia Little (Joe); and his siblings, Kelly Eyestone and June Shaffer. He is also survived by 100 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
