She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lee and Thelma Garrison; and her siblings, Cline, Rod, Forrest Garrison, Annie Sue Hill, Nelda Kennedy, Betty VanDerSlik and Glenda Garrison.
She is survived by: her sisters, Becky Gillespie (Phillip), Vickie McCullough (David) and Melinda Allen (Stanley); her daughters, Lynn Ishikawa (Yasushi) and Lisa McMahon (James); her stepson David Rasmussen (MaryAnn); her grandchildren, Aubree McMahon (Jeremy Friedman), Grace McMahon, Matthew McMahon and Ty Ishikawa; and her stepgrandchildren, Marina Yarnoff (Zach), Emmaline Rasmussen and Stephanie Akman (Jake). She is also survived by two step-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Central United Methodist Church (222 Cass St, Traverse City, MI 49684). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
