It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peter Simon of Traverse City, Michigan, who passed away on January 17, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Simon Sr. and Florence Schmidt; his son Eric (Carol); and his siblings, Joan Brandt, Eleanor Cahoon, Edna Norris, Catherine Lewis and Elmer Simon.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kristel Wiesner (Bill) and Sonja Robertson (Dale); his grandchildren, Grace Wiesner, Annalisa Tanas (Jonathon), Clare Tiemann (Andrew), Charles Robertson (Emily), Leland Robertson and Tatyana Robertson; and his great grandchildren, Eden Tanas and Evelyn Tiemann.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (1003 S Maple St, Traverse City, MI 49684). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be given to Trinity Lutheran Church in Traverse City.
