Leszczynski in Traverse City, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on January 8, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Zigmond Leszczynski and Alma Leszczynski; his wife Dolores; his daughter Joanne Ross (late Bob); his siblings, Rita Hill, George Leszczynski and John Lesinski; and his siblings-in-law, Zita, Florence Leszczynski, Elenore Lesinski, Gladys Swanson, Dan Hill, Joe Miller, John Swanson and Stuart Young.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Thornton (Kathy) and Craig Lesinski (Janie); his grandchildren, Dolores Coates (Scott), Tanya Thomas (Randy), Lisa Zaborowski (David), Kelly Czekaj (Jeff), Kathryn Amon (Michael), Jim Thornton, Jeff Thornton (Rose), Matthew Thornton (Sue), David Lesinski and Michael Lesinski (Jessica); his siblings, Ruth Miller and Tom Leszczynski; and his siblings-in-law, Rebecca Young, Joanne Raby and Jack Raby. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
