She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Geiger and Gladys Geiger (Holmes); her sister Mary (Paul Bone); her in-laws, Charles and Martha Kovarik; and her siblings-in-law, Richard Kovarik, Claude, Barbara Kovarik and Fred Blankenship.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald "Jerry" Kovarik; her sons, Craig Kovarik and Scott Kovarik (Jennifer Miller); her grandchildren, Conner, Kennedy, Londynn and Scott'lynn; her siblings-in-law, Ronald, Jackie Kovarik, Ruby Blankenship and Maryann Kovarik; and her nieces and nephews, Rebekah Bone Campbell, David Bone, Josh Kovarik, Jacob Blankenship, Chuck Kovarik, Seth Kovarik and Lee Kovarik.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Francis Catholic Church (1025 S Union St, Traverse City, MI 49684). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Grand Traverse Memorial Gardens (3575 Veterans Dr, Traverse City, MI 49684).
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Francis Catholic Church or the Cherryland Humane Society.
