He is survived by: his wife Judy K. Galligan (Wells); his children, Sherry Y. Hacker (Bruce) and James M. Galligan (Brenda); his stepdaughters, Dawn D. Castro (Michael) and Stefanie L. Wagenschutz; his grandchildren, Nora, Holly Galligan, Zachary Fraedrich, Cassandra Castro, Spencer and Nolan Yascolt; and his siblings, David, William, Janet, Kathleen, Elizabeth and Susan.
