It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Brent Couturier of Traverse City, Michigan, born in Fort Benning, Georgia, who passed away on February 7, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Couturier and Adell Couturier; his stepfather Stan Maksimowicz; his brother Kent Couturier; and his nephew Tony Lewis.
He is survived by: his brother James; his wife Holly Begley (Ryckman); his daughter Candy; his grandson Gabriel; his children, Candice Schopieray (Cheney), Niki Begley (Justan Helton) and Gabriel Couturier (Kristina); his grandchildren, Lane Whittaker, Sylvanus and Emby Schopieray; his siblings, Skip Couturier (Mary) and Diana McArthur; his close friends, Daisy and Skittles; and also Zack.
