She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamen DeVos and Helen DeVos (Heim); her husband Donald Whiteman; her daughter Joann Whiteman; and her brothers, Emil, Bob and John DeVos.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Endres (Mike), Lucile Afton (John), John Whiteman (Sherry Miller) and Helen Schild (Dale); her brother Tom DeVos; and her sisters-in-law, Arla May DeVos and Jackie DeVos. She is also survived by her several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.
