She was predeceased by: her parents, Marian E. Gildarski (Lardie) and Stanley K. Gildarski; and her husband Clements John Persik. She is survived by: her grandsons, George and Chase Veres; her great grandchildren, Scarlett Veres and Jackson Veres; and her pets, Afayla Jane and Murphy Asher.
