It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margie L. (Hallett) Meachum (Traverse City, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on July 1, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Chester Hallett and Anna Mae Hallett (MacLean); her siblings, Roddie, Chet, Neil (Bill), Cyril, Fred and Bub (Lawrence Meachum); and her grandson Brett Wise (Larry Franchek).
She is survived by: her friend Larry Franchek; her children, William Zimmerman (Bill) of Kodiak, AK, Debbie Whitten (Mike) of Traverse City, MI, Lisa Wise of Homer, AK, Lori Dendrinos (Pete) of Cedar, MI and Sheri Skribanek (Peter) of Maple City, MI.; and her son-in-law John Wise. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Carmelite Monastery in Traverse City in Margie's memory.
