He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander J. Neil and Dorothy Pierson Neil; and his grandsons, Grahm Houdek and Matthew Watson. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Susan Watson (Gary), Scott Neil (Buzz) and Cynthia Houdek; his grandchildren, Ashley Schmuker (Brian), Shelby Fox (Dennis), Alex Watson (Deidra), Andrew Watson (Mikayla), Vanessa Berten (Steven) and Jackson Weathers (Ruth); and his great grandchildren, Tara Miller, Scott Fox, Isaac Fox, Owen Schmuker, Declan Schmuker, Brianna Steele and Sam Steele.
