With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry E. Gorton of Traverse City, Michigan, who passed away on June 26, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Gorton and Edna Gorton (Krause); and his brother David. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie; his children, Gary (Kris) and Katherine Gorton Ferkins (John); his grandchildren, Drew Gorton (Dominique), Devan Gorton, Molly Karnes (Jeffrey), Hannah Cunningham (Simon), Daniel Pittsley and Jessica Ferkins; and his great grandchildren, Gavin and Hendrick Cunningham.
