He is survived by: his son Chris (Dusti) of Carleton; his grandchildren, Meghan, Amanda, Breanna Polk (Caleb), Matthew (Alyssa), Hayden and Analiese; his great grandchildren, Ellie and Barry Polk; and also Lynita Janda of Traverse City.
