He is survived by: his children, Colin of Traverse City and Courtney Yaple (Christian) of Suttons Bay; his son-in-law Christian Yaple; his wife Helen Bishop; his grandchildren, Roland and Maia Yaple; and his brothers, Bill (Bonnie), Gary and Jim. He is also survived by aunts, and many beloved nieces, nephews and cousins.
