She was predeceased by: her husband Victor Dornan; her parents, Gerald Shumaker and Ina Shumaker (Hoke); her daughter Patrice; her siblings, Bob Shumaker, Gerald "Junior" Shumaker, Elaine Harmon and Carol Ann Landes; and her pet Sophie.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Paula) of Louisiana, Gregory (Carol) of North Carolina, Victoria Brown (Bruce) of Traverse City and Susan Stacey (Michael) of Mississippi. She is also survived by many grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
