He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Conn and Catherine Crozier Conn (Crozier); and his pets, Molly and Max. He is survived by: his wife Linda Bush; his pet Rocky; his stepchildren, James Bush (Lori), Chris Bush (Wendy) and Anne Bauer; his grandchildren, James Bush, Billy Bush (Jill), Cameron Keifer (Mitch), Jackson Bauer (Shelby) and Brady Bush; his great grandchild Gavin Bush; his siblings, Bruce Conn (Kathleen) and Coleen Dunkle (Tom); and his brother-in-law Rodney Hubbard (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
