He is survived by: his wife Stacy; his sons, Brandon, Tyler and Mom Marlene; his siblings, Cathy Phillips (Dennis) and Laurie Davis (Roy); his in-laws, Ronald Kucera, Dustin Kucera (Dawn), Anne Kucera and Beth Kucera; and his pets, Harley and Ozzy. He is also survived by family members and friends he loved.
