In loving memory of James Stewart Woodburne MD of Traverse City, Michigan, who departed this world on January 17, 2025 at the age of 84. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harris L. Woodburne and Grace; his sister Judy Pearce; and his granddaughter Gillian Elise Woodburne. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his sons, Tim (Kate) and Jim (Kirstin); his grandchildren, Allie Veillette (Jordan), Nick, Katie, Ian and Sophie; and his sister Janet Penz (Ralph Worley).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Presbyterian Church (701 Westminster Rd, Traverse City, MI 49686). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the North American VASA, Grand Traverse Regional Land Conservancy, or to the Presbyterian Church of Traverse City.
