He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Hawley and Fern Hawley (Steffens); and his sister Sandy Burkholder. He is survived by: his daughter Megan; his son-in-law Eric Bowden; and his siblings, Randy Hawley and Karen Drake.
Eager to eventually resume the career that he loved and took pride in, Jim joined Keller Williams in 2014 to finish out his real estate career before Covid led to an early retirement.
