He was predeceased by: his mother Beverly Mapes (Church). He is survived by: his father Lavern Mapes; his daughter Kelsey Wagner; his siblings, Eugene (Sharon), Jeff (Kelly), Sarah and Aaron (Betty); and his close friends, Matt, Charlie, Tim and John. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
