Gladys W. Eggli Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gladys W. Eggli of Traverse City, Michigan, born in Penetanguishene, Ontario, who passed away on January 2, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Gladys may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Gladys touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Eggli; and her brothers, John Bell (Ellen) and Richard Bell (Georgia). She is survived by: her daughter Leisa Waineo (Dennis); her granddaughters, Cheryl Dale (Nathan) and Erin Waineo (Jack Hein); her great grandchildren, Mackenzie and Avery; and her brother Patrick Bell (Jan).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home (305 Sixth St, Traverse City, MI 49684). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
