It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Scott Freeman of Traverse City, Michigan, who passed away on December 11, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Freeman and Josephine Freeman; and his brother Dennis. He is survived by: his wife Shari Ann (Vinger); his stepsons, Jason (Sarah) and Christopher Sullivan (Alison); his daughters, Wendy and Janell; and his brothers, Allen and Michael. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
