He is survived by: his wife Ann Chouinard (Ogden); his children, Brandon Fox (Shay) and Karina Nicole (Chris Brackel); his grandchildren, Tristen and Braxton; his children, Jared James (JJ) and Lexi Ann Lokman (Travis Langeland); his sisters, Lynn (Roger Schaap), Kathy (Aubrey) and Elizabeth Clement; his mother Barbara Farrell; and his friends, Drew Poppleton and Drew Peterson.
