He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Zwemer and Mary Zwemer (Crouch); and his sister Marian Ouellette. He is survived by: his wife Anne Elizabeth Crossman; his children, Charles Zwemer (Kristin), Douglas Zwemer (Jennifer) and Wendy Kolosar (Dan); and his grandchildren, Gordie, Finn, Hannah Zwemer-Huerta (Manuel), Jack, Taylor and Nathan. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
