He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Clouse and Lucy Clouse. He is survived by: his wife Carol Childs; his children, Clark Clouse and Kay Alfonso (Mike); and his grandchildren, Tyler Lyon, Megan Alfonso, Grant Alfonso, Janet, Esther, Victoria and Andrea. He is also survived by loving brothers and sisters-in-law; nieces and nephews.
