He is survived by: his children, Linda, Steve DeGroft, Janet, Jack Dutton, Nancy Smith, Patty, Gary Coleman, Eric, Lucretia Smith, Ben, Amanda Smith, Ryan, Jill Smith, Janel, Jess Ray, Matthew, Mary DeGroft, Cheresa, Kyle Priestly, Angela, David Miedema, Jordan Coleman, Jon, Julia Coleman, Jen and Geoff Zeller; and his siblings, Elizabeth Schneider and James (Margaret Smith). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to a church camp in memory of Frank.
