He is survived by: his parents, Peter Dahl and Linda Dahl (Derbyshire); his wife Thena; his children, Emmett and Vivienne; his sister Rebekah Scarborough (Brad); his nephew Beckett; his stepson Chay Drexler (Hemmingway); and also Ann.
