We bid farewell to Donald Edwin Limer of Traverse City, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 6, 2025 at the age of 88. Donald touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Buck" Robert and Mary Irene Limer (Powell); his wife Lois Regina McPhail; and his son-in-law Jeff Miller. He is survived by: his siblings, Duncan Limer and Teddi Wheeler; and his children, David Limer (Mary), Cheryl Miller, Timothy Limer (Barbara), Daniel Limer (Bonnie) and Jonathan Limer. He is also survived by grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Francis Catholic Church (1025 S Union St, Traverse City, MI 49684). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be directed to a charity of one's choice in Don's honor.
