He was predeceased by: his father Devon Earl Neibert, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Jean Neibert (Harding); his wife Rebecca Keech; his children, Jerremy, Richard, Correy, Robert and Kelle; and his sisters, Marsha and Bonnie. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
