She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Chase and Beverly Chase (LaBonville). She is survived by: her husband Darrel; her children, Alex Fountain and Holly DeRuiter (Joshua); her grandchildren, Makayla, Josiah and Silas; her sister Susan Wheeler; her in-laws, Steve, Eva Fountain and Bonnie Fountain; her siblings-in-law, Marvin Fountain (D'Ann), Jackie Baker (Jeff) and Chris Fountain; and her pet Grace. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
