He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacqueline Jenks Boynton and Frank D. Boynton III; his brother Frank David Boynton IV; and his nephew Thomas Verdier Boynton (Toby). He is survived by: his girlfriend Barbara; his sister Anne; and his brother-in-law Jeffrey Grausam of Sherman Oaks, California. He is also survived by four nieces and nephews; and 12 great nieces and nephews.
