He is survived by: his children, Dan Millward (Laura) of Detroit and Yvonne Larsen (Mark Poos) of Phoenix; his grandchildren, Jonathan Larsen (Tai), Jennifer Broekhuizen (Tim), Christopher Millward (Nikki) and Joseph Millward (Emily); and his sister Joyce Mourik. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
