He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kipley and Ruth Kipley (Thoren); his stepdaughter Kathy Tharp; and his brothers, Thomas, Phillip, Robert, William and David.
He is survived by: his wife Penny Rundel; his children, Randall Kipley (Marylin) and Karen Jaszczalt (Anthony); and his stepchildren, Rick Bergamo (Rae) and Denise Geluso (Mike). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; as well as a host of extended family members and friends.
