It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles R. Chamberlain of Traverse City, Michigan, born in Highland Park, Michigan, who passed away on June 19, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Raymond and Mary Audrey Chamberlain, Sr. (Curran); his former wife Joan "Joni" Chamberlain; his son Charles "Chas" Raymond Chamberlain, IV; his grandson Evan Porter Nance; and his sister Mary Catherine Houston.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Helen Latimer; his children, Robin Nance (Stephen) of Traverse City, MI, Randy Chamberlain (Mari) of Traverse City, MI and Brian Chamberlain of Jackson, TN.; his grandchildren, Andrew Nance, Emma Nance, Brandon Chamberlain, Logan Chamberlain (Jamie), Maggie Chamberlain and Charles Raymond "Chanse" Chamberlain; his great grandchild Tula Chamberlain; and his siblings, Susan Audrey Roberts, Lawrence Gerald Levin, Donnie Levin, Sandy Taylor and Dallas Chamberlain.
