She is survived by: her mother Lori Leonard (Dale); her husband Jason Lewis; her children, Violet Jane, Nick, Aidan, Kane and Amaya Lewis; her siblings, Melissa Chatterton-Wittmer (Jason), Shane Chatterton (Chandri Morales) and Moises Rojo (Kelsey); and her nieces and nephews, Bella, Chatterton-Wittmer of Utah, Raina Chatterton and Jack Chatterton-Morales. She is also survived by her family and friends for her devotion to her children.
