She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kupari and Nelma Kupari (Hirvi). She is survived by: her former spouse JohnTormala; her husband John of Toivola; her grandchildren, Lisa, Marie, Jacob, Madison, Connor and Rosalie; and her siblings, David Kupari (Debra) of Minnesota, Paul Kupari of South Range, Joyce Tormala (Gary) and Peggy Manninen of Toivola. She is also survived by three sons.

Memorials may be made in her name to the American Cancer Society.
