She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles L. Armstrong and Irma M. Armstrong (Parlette); her husband Merle; her brothers, Lee and John Armstrong; and her parents-in-law, Truman and Elizabeth Lowe.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Lowe (Gwen) of Tipton, Tammy Ratz (Rick) of Brooklyn and Brian Lowe (Karen) of Brooklyn; her grandchildren, Jamie McRoberts, Jeremy Lowe, Meagan Lentz (Kyle), Zach Ratz (Colleen), Nick Lowe (Manda), Gabby Ratz (Kyle), Mickey Hagan (Tyler), Luke Lowe, Anna Ladzinski (Ryan), Bruce Ladzinski and Abby Boehlke (Ken); her great grandchildren, Jax Lentz, Everette, Ronan Ratz, Emma Pask, Odin and Elyse Walden; her brother Dale Armstrong (Mea); and her sister-in-law Emma Escott.
