He was predeceased by: his father Stanley Cook. He is survived by: his mother Ella Louise Cook (Pearson) of Tecumseh; his wife Barb; his son Rick VanDuzen (Lisa) of Onsted; his brothers, James Cook (Lynn) of Riverview, David Cook (Gail) of Chicago, IL and Bob Cook (Fran) of Grand Rapids; his granddaughter Ericca VanDuzen of Deerfield; and his great grandchildren, Talen and Mavryk.
