He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Keeney and Dorothy Keeney (Elton); his wife Kathleen M. Keeney; his brother Frank P. Keeney II; and his sister-in-law Kathleen E. Keeney.
He is survived by: his nephews, Frank P. Kenney III of Tecumseh, David Keeney (Sophia) of Ann Arbor, William Keeney (Barbara) of Tipton and Robert Keeney of Brooklyn; and his niece Margaret Napier of Ann Arbor.
