He is survived by: his wife Charlene Lois (Johnson); his children, Curtis, Sandra of Three Rivers and Jennifer of Chicago, Illinois.; his brother Matthew Bloch (Rachel); his great grandchild Finley Jane; his siblings, James (Patricia) of Three Rivers and Mary of Montana; and his sisters-in-law, Carole White of McHenry and Dorothy Cole of Highland Park. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
