He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Adams and Helen Adams (Koubek); his former wife Jean Adams; and his brother John Adams. He is survived by: his wife Doris Bell (Mechling); his stepchildren, Debra Bell of Three Rivers, MI., Diane Bell-Norton (John) of Three Rivers, MI., David Bell of Three Rivers, MI. and D. J. Bell (Sue) of Three Rivers, MI.; his grandchildren, Jason, Jordan Eggleston (Randi), Shawn Garrison (Mary), Kristel Schlemper (Mark), Nikolaus Hoyt (Katrina), Kaleb Hoyt, Travis Hoyt, Dennis (Lucy), Ryne and Onnika Bell; his great grandchildren, Riley Eggleston, Micah, Genesis, Sophia Garrison, Noah, Natalie, Kaitlin Schlemper and Isabella Hoyt; and his pet Zoe. He is also survived by married on October 28, 1989, two daughters.
The family has requested, that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the St. Joseph County Animal Control in Centreville, MI.
