He is survived by: his mother Margaret Bock Grindel; his children, Amapola Sonora Grindel, William Miguel Grindel and Cassandra Lee Grindel; his former spouse Levi Caliso Grindel; his brothers, Dan, Scott and Chris Grindel (Charlie); and his grandson Carter.
