He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Fulton and Hazel Fulton (Dodd); his wife Knaomia Fulton (Wilson); his children, Jonathan W. Fulton (Janet), Gregory M. Fulton and Melanie L. Oswalt (Martin); his sister Janice Beamish (Barry); and his daughters, Bonnie Frye (Jim) and Laurie Yurick (Carey). He was also cherished by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
